Our Spring Salad Leaves are a harvest of tender, freshly cut leaves grown organically at Clew Bay Farm. Carefully sown as a traditional French mesclun mix, this selection brings together a beautiful balance of flavours and textures — from soft, delicate lettuce leaves to the gentle bite of rocket and the crisp freshness of young endive.
