Each tomato has been chosen not just for its appearance, but for its exceptional flavour. Every handful offers something a little different, making them as beautiful on the plate as they are delicious to eat. Unlike supermarket tomatoes, which are often picked before they're ripe, mine are left on the vine for as long as possible and harvested by hand only when they're ready.
