Black Beauty courgettes from Andy’s Greens are glossy, deep green courgettes with a wonderfully tender texture and delicate, fresh flavour. Harvested young for the best eating quality, they’re soft-skinned, creamy inside, and naturally sweet without the watery texture often found in larger shop-bought courgettes.

Their mild flavour makes them incredibly versatile in the kitchen. Slice them thinly into summer salads, grill them until lightly charred, roast with olive oil and herbs, or fold them into pasta, risotto, and traybakes. They’re equally good simply sautéed with garlic and butter, where their sweetness really comes through.
